Your trainer - Richard McLay
My experience and training has allowed me to work with individuals, groups and teams to exceed their expectations and maximize success with their goals.
I've been a Personal Trainer in the GTA for over 25 years. I graduated from George Brown College with a Diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program and I am Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA. I Coached in the GTHL at a A and AA Level for 7 years and I have given many workshops and seminars at corporate and commercial facilities in the Greater Toronto Area.
